Three of our SS3 students placed in the top 5 at the National Science Olympiad held in Abuja last week, bringing home two gold medals and one silver. The competition, held annually by the Federal Ministry of Education, drew over 800 students from secondary schools across all 36 states.

The students — Amara Okafor, David Eze, and Fatima Bello — each credited the school's dedicated Science Club and committed teachers for their exceptional preparation.

We've practised every day after school, said Amara Okafor. Our teachers never gave up on us. The school will hold a special assembly to celebrate their achievement next Monday.
